I should have dumped her on the spot, but didn't.....she's HOT. Former Miss Utah runner up, seriously.
Well, then, you're thinking with your penis and apparently your penis isn't very bright. But, hey, if you want to get involved with her and all her baggage before she unloads it, that's your call.

It sounds like the custody decision was made on a "lesser of two evils" basis. She's going to need a longer track record of sobriety, then she can petition for a modification.

And by the way, that "divorce course" provides a certificate upon completion. You might want to ask to see that.

I am momentarily speechless. :eek::D

But you raised a point...WHAT proof was there that Dad is ABUSING narcotics? Versus taking them regularly for a medical condition?

I have come to the conclusion that..

...birds of a feather

....Baileys and cream anyone:cool:
me me!!! i'l have some!

OP, dude.....let your girlfriend handle her own business. if you want your parents to fund her legal support, then you can be a gentleman and grant her that. but she does need to handle this on her own.

and just because SHE is recovered, doesn't mean she will get custody. it doesn't work that way.

the children would have to be proven to be neglected where they are at now. you have stated nothing to indicate the children are not doing well.

(please! lose the cream though...)

Let's simplify:

This woman lied - and not about a teeny little trivial matter. She lied about a HUGE matter. She then chose drugs over her children. Now she has given this guy somewhat...questionable..information as to why she hasn't been able to get divorced prior to this. She is not paying court-ordered child support.

How many red flags is this sending up?! Run, dude. Far, far away. At least until she's a) divorced, b) responsible enough to support her children and c) a little less willing to lie out of her - however hot - ass.

That's not even touching on the terribly convenient matter of his family paying her legal bills!

Now all we need is OG to respond and this thread will be complete. :)

I'm thinking about a margarita. I'd love to partake in the Bailey's and cream but the milk allergy doesn't allow.
