You aren't getting a credit for childcare or "other expenses" (whatever those are) for someone else's children. You work for your boyfriend and I believe do freelance photography or something like that if IIRC, you don't need uniforms.
Were talking about my 3 children. Not someone else s.
I don't have an issue with things changing here. I don't have an issue with being imputed an income. I have been an at home with my kids for many years and it's due time.
The photography business has not been lucrative enough to keep it gong and the BF can indeed do the work I do, on his own. For that matter I could still pay the bills for the business even if I work full time. No big deal.
I will be delving into the work world based on no formal education and having not worked (officially) for 13 or more years. (Yep, should have been doing some schooling during that time. I know)
Now is now.
So once my income is imputed, I go to work and acquire child care for my youngest, I will have to return to court to factor in the cost of child care?
As far as uniforms and "other costs" I see clearly on "Income and Expense Declaration" spots for things like laundry, cleaning, child care, groceries, even a spot for eating out (seems ridiculous to factor in eating out but whatever!)
One of the options at the top of #13 (average monthly expenses) says "Proposed needs."
Why wouldn't child care be a proposed need if I will be working soon?
I am trying to prevent from going back to court in a month once I start an out of the home job.
If I must, then I must.
