After Reading the whole thing
So I have gotten past my migraine headache and have read the entire thing.
Things that cause me concern are:
Her 13 days total missed in school last year. 10 are mine and 3 are his.
I can prove the three different bouts of head lice. I got the call from the school three different times to come pick her up due to nits in her hair. Two of those times I got the call were on the exchange day, monday, from his home to mine and once was after I treated her hair and thought nits were out and sent her to school they called me to come and get her.
The fever and flu I can prove because she went to the doctors and I still have the paper from the doctors with diagnosis, prescriptions and instructions. After she was out a few days and thought fever was done I got a call from the school that she threw up in class and to come get her again.
Dropping her off at school to early.
Last year in March I had a schedule change and spouse was dropping her off at school for two out of the five days instead of me. He did not realize he was dropping her off 5 to10 minutes early. The office was open and people and other kids were around but it was going against school policy. I got the call from office and I informed spouse and it has not happened since. Office also sent out a memo to all parents because it was becoming a problem with many. My spouse still drops her off till this day and makes sure it is at 8:15 or after, school starts at 8:30.
Those are the things that worry me and can get me on.
The rest is either hearsay, character assasination and opinion on his and stepmom's part.
