OP,

If you get busted for parental kidnapping, do NOT represent yourself in court.
Why not? She seems to think bitter and stupid are perfectly acceptable and has already done a bang up job her last go round.

I wonder how many attorneys would even represent her, unless she had about 10k in cash on the table, I doubt many would jump at the chance to represent such a loon.

The child

If you are so sure your child is being abused in any way but you can't prove it, why don't you ask for a GAL for your child. Then this poor kid can have someone looking out for only him. This is all about the child, right? But you will have have to stay where you are and continue to try and foster a relationship between your son and his father.

That's what I would do, for my son's sake.

We do tend to be biased against parents who use their child/ren as pawns to satisfy their own bitter agendas, and against parents who wish to hide the child/ren from the other LEGALLY FIT parent.

I guess we're guilty as charged!

You're a little presumptive, aren't you?

By the way - the COURT takes custody away.

You know why? Because the parent who absconds and hides their kids from the other parent is actually a crappy parent.
Lady, are you absolutly certain on that? or is that just a quick judgment on your egos part?

What's asking for GAL for my child?

Are you guys sure this isn't a troll?! She doesn't seem to really want legal advice...she just wants to argue.
Totally. Bad spelling, crappy grammar, and wants a cheering section so she can feel okay about ignoring her court order. If this is even a she....I suspect fake-itude.

Because a GAL represents your child's best interest. If there is something going on with Dad, they would find it and address it in court.

You really need to talk to an attorney. You cannot run away... you have to parent your child which means fostering a relationship with his Dad. Get counseling... whatever it takes. Running away is not an option. You will never win with that option and neither will your child.
