So you have a history of hiding the child from him.
Interesting.
Let's hope Daddy signs up here.

OP,
If you get busted for parental kidnapping, do NOT represent yourself in court.
Why not? She seems to think bitter and stupid are perfectly acceptable and has already done a bang up job her last go round.OP,

It's funny how all you people are defending a character you know nothing about, bias much?
Lady, are you absolutly certain on that? or is that just a quick judgment on your egos part? You're a little presumptive, aren't you?
By the way - the COURT takes custody away.
You know why? Because the parent who absconds and hides their kids from the other parent is actually a crappy parent.
They're not defending his character. They're taking offense to yours. With good reason. It's funny how all you people are defending a character you know nothing about.
What's asking for GAL for my child? If you are so sure your child is being abused in any way but you can't prove it, why don't you ask for a GAL for your child. Then this poor kid can have someone looking out for only him. This is all about the child, right? But you will have have to stay where you are and continue to try and foster a relationship between your son and his father.
That's what I would do, for my son's sake.
Totally. Bad spelling, crappy grammar, and wants a cheering section so she can feel okay about ignoring her court order. If this is even a she....I suspect fake-itude.Are you guys sure this isn't a troll?! She doesn't seem to really want legal advice...she just wants to argue.

Because a GAL represents your child's best interest. If there is something going on with Dad, they would find it and address it in court. What's asking for GAL for my child?
It's an attorney for your child, moron. What's asking for GAL for my child?
