Telling a judge that you shouldn't be sent back because what everyone else does is worse doesn't go far.

Were you charged or are you likely to be charged with bringing a "weapon" (the needle) to school?

Even if you get lucky and aren't charged with the above, your subsequent suspension might come up during your upcoming appearance with the court and as a result, the "needle" incident might come up .

Also, what about a medical reason? Im on birth control because I have really bad periods, seasonique, so I only have 4 periods a year. If I go to juvy I wont be allowed to take my birth control, which means I'll be bleeding the whole time I'm there. And I'm sure bleeding for so long wouldn't be healthy right?

You blew it - not once, but twice.

You can go to court and explain what happened to the judge and promise to do better (if you really are going to do better). Then it's up to the judge to decide. An attorney would be helpful, but it doesn't sound like your parents are going to hire one for you, so maybe you'd better get a job and come up with some money.

And yes, I am going to do better. I went from a 1.7 gpa when got kicked out to a 3.7 when I got back. I wasn't going to do anything that would get me I'n trouble, not even a tardy to class or dress code violation. I honestly did not think a meee would be considered a weapon.

Look kiddo, we're trying to help you out. Going before the judge and whining - which is essentially what you're doing with the period bit - will impress no one.

Actions, or failing to act when you should have - there's consequences for that. If that means you have to go without your BC because you screwed up again - well, you should have thought about that earlier.

The way you'll get another chance - MAYBE - is to do what the other posters have suggested. Go before the judge, admit that this whole chain of events starts and ends with YOUR behavior, promise to do better - and then for the love of God don't let him ever see you again.

PS - I have manic-depression. It's not easy dealing with it every day, and sometimes it still leads me to act in ways I'm not proud about. All I can do is accept that I am responsible for my actions. Everything else is excuses. Take a page from that book.

Trust me, the problems with your periods are not going to be considered a medical reason why you can't go back there. I can assure you that there are alternate medically sanctions way to deal with them if you are unable or unwilling to continue your birth control therapy. This is hardly unique in all the world.

You're not going to impress the judge with your maturity and willingness to change your habits using THAT as an excuse. Particuarly if you get a female judge.
