No, I'm not being charged with having a needle. Having a needle was a supspendable offense but since I just got back, they had to recommended me. And yes, we are getting a lawyer.
Yes, I know. Everyone woman has to deal with a period, but how would you like it if you had a period for a month or over a month? Especially when your I'n alot of pain the whole time.
Look kiddo, we're trying to help you out. Going before the judge and whining - which is essentially what you're doing with the period bit - will impress no one.
Actions, or failing to act when you should have - there's consequences for that. If that means you have to go without your BC because you screwed up again - well, you should have thought about that earlier.
The way you'll get another chance - MAYBE - is to do what the other posters have suggested. Go before the judge, admit that this whole chain of events starts and ends with YOUR behavior, promise to do better - and then for the love of God don't let him ever see you again.
PS - I have manic-depression. It's not easy dealing with it every day, and sometimes it still leads me to act in ways I'm not proud about. All I can do is accept that I am responsible for my actions. Everything else is excuses. Take a page from that book.
