Out of control 10 year old

Ya the kids guardian which is his grandma. And no it's not a 3 way. His cousin is my son and I'm dating the kid's uncle. So could I get a stewing answer if it's legal or not?

Obviously this child has issues. Is he in any kind of counseling? If not then I would HIGHLY suggest that as being on the top of grandmas' to do list!

That's a load of malarkey. Counselors are trained professionals and can weed through people telling them what "they want to hear". Who is supposedly coaching the child??

This is true,you can believe it or not.I don't remember exactly how old I was,maybe 6,maybe 7.My mom locked me up in my room because I misbehaved.
I peed in the diesel heater (back then that is what I had in my room he he he - you guys probably don't even know what those are) and escaped through the window.Me and my ,then ,friends jumped on a back of a truck without the driver knowing and had a fun ride.My mother,when she found out,took one plastic saber toy I had and spanked me with it.I still remember this event because of the spanking.

I think it would come down to how long the child is confined to the room. If its an hour or two I dont think they would make a fuss. More than that?? Maybe...

The child needs to be taken out of that environment.

That makes no sense. Why would grandma and the aunt complain about his behavior but then coach him to lie to the counselor who is there to help change that behavior????

How does he sneak out? If the child is that seriously disturbed, why is there ever an opportunity for him to "sneak" anywhere? If they still trust this kid enough to ever take their eyes off of him, it sounds like they could use a little Parenting 101 class.

Then they are obviously part of the problem (or the majority of it ). Sounds like they need to do a SERIOUS self-evaluation as to how THEY are raising the child THEY seem to have such a hard time controlling...
