I'm talking about the moral side of it. Off course legally it's a crime.What part of 'minor' do you not understand? It most certainly is NOT a victimless crime. The minor is unable to legally consent to having sex with someone of that age. It is statutory rape or whatever words are used to describe the crime in that state.
The fact that it would be legal if they lived somewhere else is irrelevant. They don't live somewhere else. You don't get to choose which laws to follow.
It just not making any sense for me as a third party that I need to consider 19/16 as a "rape", "Child molestation" etc, and if it's going on 100 feet away in Nevada with Nevada residents, I need to change my moral values on this matter 180 degrees.
