She is refusing to communicate with me at all. I request for my daughter's babysitter's information but no reply. She is not telling me what is going on with our daughter. she is grounding her daughter from talking to me, i/e**I would call to talk to my daughter and my wife would tell me she is too busy. Then a few weeks later i hardly got to talk to my daughter and then my wife tells me it's because she has been grounding her. i agree on the first part but what is a final veto power? im looking it up but dont understand.
If your court order mandates that you be able to talk to your daughter at specific times and Mom won't let you, then you can file for contempt.

If the court order doesn't mandate any specific times, then you should try to get the order modified to include specific times. CP doesn't get to veto NCP's visitation or phone time with the child if the court order mandates it.

It means that if you and Mom can't come to an agreement, one parent gets to make the final decision themselves.

It's usually the primary custodial parent.

With regards to the phone calls - are those included in your current orders?
yes they are included... You see her attorney is recommending for me to get min. 2 calls a week min. 10 minutes per call to talk to my daughter and that we confer with each other about our daughter and anything partaining to our daughter... What I am seeing is that if she is uncapable of doing that now then how would the judge think she would do it then?

Maybe because if the judge orders it, it would be a court order that she could be subject to contempt for violating - while there's no legal obligation for her to do what her attorney recommends....

I agree.

If you aren't even going to confirm something that she will know ANYWAY when she talks to the process server, this is going to be a painful fight.
uhhmm.... I have already stated that I have told her I have been served... She is the one with holding information from me.... As the legal father it's my right to know where my daughter is, who she is around and who she is with and anything else pertaining to our child... Now just the other day I asked who has been babysitting our daughter and requesting for the address, numbers, names and qualifications so that I can interview them myself.. She is requesting that we share joint legal custody and she is refusing to tell me who is watching our daughter... She is 2 states away and is not informing me about anything... I just found out that she is punishing our daughter by not letting her speak to me when I called to talk to my daughter... Our daughter is only 2 years old and I believe it's my natural right as the father to be informed of certain information like, who is watching our daughter while her mother is working... Now I'm not the one who is holding information.. Im the one who is being toyed with by games. My wife has been sending me nudity pictures of herself, leaving me notes saying that for her to be completely happy I will have to hurt more, not telling me any kind of information partaining to our daughter, she had previously filed a false restraining order to kick me out of the home and take custody away last year and the case was dismissed, made a false Violation of Ex Parte report when I had not even been served (FYI because it was in a different county when she reported the violation, I got to spend 24 hours in jail for the violation because and then was released after being served in county jail) so who is playing games here and who is the one who is not giving information...

yes true but as the natural father of our daughter it is my legal right to know what is going on with my daughter. By law it is my natural right being the father of our child

You do NOT have the "rights" you think you do. You do NOT have the "right" to know every little detail about your daughter's life with Mom, NOR do you have the "right" to "interview" your child's caregivers.

Stop.

Read. Listen.

You're very confused. You really need to spend a great deal of time reading and learning before you continue.

Not to mention, of course, that your position is all over the map.
