What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

First before I start getting the criticism I CANNOT unlock my previous thread. My question is, My ex finally agreed to having my mom and boyfriend supervise their next upcoming visit.Instead of contacting me about this he is bothering my grandma's phone and sending his messages on her phone. Can he get in trouble for this? Also if I feel my child is at a risk will I be in trouble for staying again? I am sure he wants the visit to take place at McDonalds and have more people with him this time**************Can he do this without getting in trouble by the judge? We do not have to go back to court after his visits so I am not sure how this info can be relayed back to the judge? Or how does the notes taken during the visit get back to the judge?

Counseling!!!!

I had to put my child in counseling and took him to the doctors because he is confused. How is this any good health for my child for what he is putting him through. oUr child is confused and uncomfortable. My ex's wife makes him feel like this so he doesn't want to be around her. He has seen the negativity around her and he feels unsafe!!!!!

Look - just do what you want to do. You're going to do so anyway. Your son is in counseling - let the counselor know and he can hash it out with him.

Your child is confused and uncomfortable because you are being a lousy co-parent, projecting your own feelings onto the poor child and frankly are more concerned about getting back at Dad.
