Cooperate with you?!! Because you're cooperating with his desire to see his child and build a relationship right?!! Get real - If you were half dead in the street he'd probably step over your body and keep walking.

You need medication. Counseling is not enough for you. Seriously - you going through menopause, suffering sleep deprivation, anything? Please see a Doctor and get a full physical.
I would recommend a full eval while on 30 day vacay at the state mental health hospital.

I understand this but he is not going through with his visitation RIGHT by not agreeing to the terms. I gave him the options and he is not agreeing to any of them. His fault!... I cannot be held in contempt when I gave him options and he is not following through. He does not need his wife at every visit. It is father son time not father son wife. She is taking away dad's attention by being there and child does not feel comfortable with her being there.
