No one asked where your GF's father was. They asked where the father of your GF's kids was. And that IS relevant. He should be supporting the kids, not you. (actually, your GF should be helping, as well).

Our luck would be that they get a crappy fake tv judge (ahem, Judge Joe Mathis, Judge Judy, etc) instead of letting a real live family court judge to make the ruling.

JJ just LOVES girlfriends and stepmoms that try to butt in. I quite enjoy her when that happens.

Put me down for a mimosa...I'd love to watch this case. OP is the type of guy that won't understand why his kids can't stand him later on...

I actually wish it was the girlfriend and not Dad...because if it is Dad, it really makes me extra sad for the kids.
