Then WHY oh WHY in your many threads (and his) are YOU REFUSING to give him YOUR NUMBER?? YOU are the one who TOLD HIM to CALL your MOTHER if he needed to.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I had to reschedule my ex's supervised visit again because my mom (his supervisor) couldn't get the time off work. I have also been getting many restricted phone calls which I believe are either his "wife" doing or he is doing it so i changed my number and didn't give him it. He states in the court papers he can't ever get a hold of me but i have his number so how could that get me in trouble if i can contact him? He also has my mom and grandma's number if it was really an emergency. How can he put me in contempt if my mom couldn't get off work and because i am getting restricted calls and changed my number?

i cant unlock my other post our child FINALLY told my ex yesterday that he was afraid of him. Ex called me which he isnt supposed to and asked to have him for thanksgiving (got it documented because i told him he needs to contact my mom for all future discussions) finally our child told him he didnt want to be alone with him and that he didnt want to be around him because of his "wife". he hasnt finished all his supervised visits but i offered he come alone to my family house and spend thanksgiving with him that way. he refused. now my child knows his unsupervised visits are coming up and hes getting really depressed and angry his grades have dropped dramatically. he wont stay the entire time, is there anything i can do to prevent this? this man is already terrifing him and is creating a lot of stress can i do anything? no rude comments just advice

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I was recently informed and have witnessed that me ex's "other" child was attacked by their pit bull. The "other" child had his entire left side of face ripped apart. I have filed a sheriff report to make sure the child is safe and being properly taken care of, my question is can this be held against him in court? I see that the child was or was supposed to be in "their care" when this happened and look! I feel my childs safety would be put at risk of it happening to him. Since I already filed a sheriff report, i have that documented as well. This is something extremely serious especially because i was told the "other" child needed reconstructive surgery with how bad the attack was. I am concerned about my childs safety if he is supposed to start getting him.
Also i believe he had a "fake" person call my phone restricted pretending to be someone from the courthouse. They pretended to yell at me and continued to talk about the visits. I then went up to the court house so i can talk to this "person" and guess what! nobody knew what i was talking about. I did have someone write a letter from the court house stating this. This has created a problem for us and I have cut all communication with my ex, he now has to go through my mother for everything. Can I present this as well?
