cbj,Um, where are we all getting that this place is so remote? It can't be THAT remote since it's less than a mile from the school.
This is one of the stupidest statements I have ever seen.Safety, smaftey ... have more than 1 kid if you are that concerned. Back when CdwJava was a kid, parents were having 13 kids .... so losing 1 was not that big a deal.
First of all, I have two kids.Safety, smaftey ... have more than 1 kid if you are that concerned. Back when CdwJava was a kid, parents were having 13 kids .... so losing 1 was not that big a deal.
How can you say such a thing. It doesn't matter how many kids you have, it's the chair that is missing at the table that makes the heart ache.Safety, smaftey ... have more than 1 kid if you are that concerned. Back when CdwJava was a kid, parents were having 13 kids .... so losing 1 was not that big a deal.
Dude, really... It's standard for you to provide your own transportation for this type of thing, even when it's mandatory. And sorry, but I lived in Syracuse for several years. So I know about winter weather. A mile or so isn't really THAT bad. Deal with it.My internship is at our elementary school
When you signed up for the vocational program, what did it state about transportation?1. The placement area was assigned to me. I did not choose it.
2. I live in a small farming town. Only the main streets are plowed.
3. It's not that I can't walk, it's that I don't belive it's my responsibilty to transport myself, because it's mandantory.
