Seriously - read her post hx.

The OP is either a regular troll with a different screen-name (hopefully - and I tend to think most likely), or an example of one of the worst parents we've ever had post here.

I - largely because of the whole "eternal optimist" thing - honestly hope it's the former.
I just recently got anouther letter in the mail stating he is also filing for contempt because he tries calling to speak with our son but i never answer. We do not sit at home waiting for his call. Is this my fault? And when I do call back he doesn't answer. He has called when our son was in the shower, when my son got out he stated he didn't want to talk to his dad and went to bed. can he do this?

And seriously? Your FIVE YEAR OLD SON (in 2010) was prescribed Celexa (citalopram) and you are saying you want to limit his contact with dad because he is causing mental issues for him? The kid had mental issues long before dad came into the picture.

You are hiding something. And it would be in your sons best interest to be put into his father's custody given the fact he has been on heavy psychiatric medication since he was 5 while in your sole custody. Wait 'till it comes out in court that you lied about your sons previous mental health, and blamed it all on his "newly in the picture" father. Just wait.

Kiss. Custody. Goodbye.

No, actually, he was getting to see his son sporadically because he seperated from his "wife" and wanted to become a dad. that's when his issues started after dad ABANDONED him. in nov is when he wanted to start playing daddy again and my son became having his issues again. get it? seeing dad= antidepressant and counseling

As I enjoy reading each of your posts because you all state every time he has to have reasonable grounds. which he doesnt but thank you for answering my question

This is how we know you're trolling.

A genuine poster would stop posting after the first 50 times of being told the same thing over and over.

Even S4E managed to do that.

Eventually.

Only a troll would keep coming back, for their own entertainment purposes.

So prove us wrong, eh? Stop posting.

Keep posting = proof you're trolling.

I don't know much of your background story or age of your son, but boys get bruises. And these bruises seem to be from admitted wrestling. (which boys do quite frequently) How can you be so sure that these horse play injuries resulted when there was no supervision? HOw old is your son?
Uuuuh, DoWhat... a clue for you - so do girls.

Apparently you have little-to-no experience in a court room whatsoever, because I'll tell you what...not to me, but I have heard MUCH worse being "hurled" not just by lawyers, but by a judge. So, if she isn't a troll and she can't handle this...and if *you* can't handle this, then what a field day people in a court room will have with you both.

:p You missed one. But thanks. ;) It's a pet peeve of mine when people assume that only boys can be rough and tumble. Girls can be, too. And boys can be gentle and empathetic. LOL Maybe 'cause I've got the girl who cold kick anyoe's rear... smiling and without breaking a sweat.

For the love of Pete, lady: GET A LIFE.

You have a court order. Abide by it.
("Abide" being a fancy word for "follow it to the letter".)

If you have think that something rises to the level of endangering your child,
then you go get an emergency hearing to change the order.

NOTHING you've mentioned rises to that level. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Pfft. My daughter started telling her older brother what for at the age of 1. And *he* could be a hockey player. Ever seen a lanky and skinny but muscular boy run from a girl half his size who looks like a cherub? It's endearing. LOL

I have one of those, myself, stealth! I think I have a little girly football player, here, with the way she tackles people :D Although...she gets a few bruises, but she doesn't bruise as easily as the people she tackles (like Momma LOL).
