Don't expect help. I have earned my knowledge. I never said anyone was a peasant. But you are pathetic and quite frankly a peasant as you are the one here begging for help, yet refusing to read and help yourself.

How does it feel to have someone talk down to you? Obviously you didn't like it.

Your attitude toward people is never warranted. NEVER! This might be a game to you, but it's not a game to people who need help. You can't even answer a simple procedural question!

Being angry all the time is bad for your health. It's bad for relationships. And it certainly isn't helpful.

Do you think you are helping by "Teaching" people to help themselves? Ya know... give a man a fish... teach a man to fish..... Good in theory, but the nasty approach is all wrong.

For instance, I can't count how many documents I've read, how many searches I've performed, just to find a clear answer on procedure. So I ask if someone can answer it for me. I've been fishing all day and caught nothing. It's time to eat the worms I guess because I'm starving!!!! And no one seems to have an extra fish to spare just for today so I have enough strength to cast my line tomorrow.

If you want to teach... teach. The best teachers work with their students and guide them. The ones who beat their students into submission don't earn much respect. What respect they do earn is not typically genuine.

We are not all lawyers. We do not all understand the language we read. But that doesn't mean we're not trying. Your judgment of us is unwarranted. And to challenge you does not mean I, or anyone, needs medication. It just means I, or whoever, doesn't appreciate the condescending and judgmental tone. Enjoy the power. Use it for good. Don't let it go to your head.

The technicians in my office do not talk down to me because I do not know how to repair heavy machinery. Likewise, I do not talk down to them or call them ignorant because they do not know how to write computer code.

The average "layperson" does not necessarily know there is a public law library. If they do, that does not mean they understand the legalese in those documents. That does not make them a "lesser person."

My reaction was based out of anger for being treated like a lesser person for not knowing what you know. I showed you how it felt to be talked down to in return. That may not have been the best course of action for me to take. My point may or may not have been taken. Time will tell.

Whether or not you choose to continue the discussion, I have confidence that curiosity made you continue to read. I'm not likely the first person to challenge you.

If you've spent all that time searching and can't understand the answers, then it's beyond you and you should consult an attorney. Getting an answer to a procedural question here isn't going to solve the problem.

You haven't even tried. Because if you had you would have specific questions. Local rules are written in English. But then again, you don't want to try. You are like an infant and need spoon fed.
