What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

My boyfriend and me are taking our kids and either moving across the country or out of town. What paperwork do I need to get them.away with us or do we need paperwork?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no you're not.

Well, you can move. But you're not taking that certain child. :D:D:D:D

Actually, I think you should just move away and not tell anyone.

Get packing, and leave!

take that child away and you're going to be the NCP.

Want to put money on it?

(OG - I don't know the words!)
Rhyme rhyme all in time.
Take a liar and find the choir.
Next verse, just a little bit worse.
Give it a try, you can't deny
The OP is crazy and a bit lazy.

No, you can't just "take" the child away across country, EVEN IF YOU HAVE SOLE LEGAL CUSTODY.
You have to file, ask for permission, and show that such a move is in the child's best interest.

Doing otherwise... well, it's yet another way to lose custody.

Which you've already been told.

Which makes you a troll under a bridge.

Need to find a brick wall...

My boyfriend had already told my ex about our intent on moving unless he goes and tells its not up to anyone because he can't do anything about it. Why would I need to ask the court if my ex agrees

Above is not right.
It is too bright.
It has no rhyme.
Please get in time.

I just spoke with an attorney and yea I am allowed to move because I gave notice of intent to my ex
Just spoke to an attorney -- I noted the time....
here is my dedication to you in rhyme...

I love to laugh
Loud and long and clear
I love to laugh
It's getting worse ev'ry year

The more I laugh
The more I fill with glee
And the more the glee
The more I'm a merrier me
It's embarrassing!
The more I'm a merrier me!

Some people laugh through their noses
Sounding something like this "Mmm..."
Some people laugh through their teeth goodness sake
Hissing and fizzing like snakes

Some laugh too fast
Some only blast - ha!
Others, they twitter like birds
Then there's the kind
What can't make up their mind

When things strike me as funny
I can't hide it inside
And squeak - as the squeakelers do
I've got to let go with a ho-ho-ho...
And a ha-ha-ha...too!

We love to laugh
Loud and long and clear
We love to laugh
So ev'rybody can hear
The more you laugh
The more you fill with glee
And the more the glee
The more we're a merrier we!
