Oh dear gawd.Ok, lets change the status for a minute. What if the ex and i were not legally married? Is this the same scenario?
Its not as easy to explain. We had a wedding ceremony but we did not apply for a marriage license. So in the eyes of ny family court we are married but not legally married. I hope explains the situation a bit moreAre you or aren't you married?

If we are not married, the ex naturally gets sole custody. We had a wedding, therefore we are married so we share equal custody. Ex tried to relocate so i filed an emergency petition to keep my daughter within my county. If you're going through a divorce, you're legally married.
Now, what's the REAL story?
Not at all.If we are not married, the ex naturally gets sole custody
Not a given, at all.. We had a wedding, therefore we are married so we share equal custody.
Okay.Ex tried to relocate so i filed an emergency petition to keep my daughter within my county.
This would probably work, but would also probably make its way into custody court. That list is a bit cumbersome and certainly cannot be complied with before Easter.
Here is my list:
Do not shower or bath one week prior to the arrival or during the time period of the unwelcome stay.
Do not brush your teeth and be sure to get as close as possible to your "guests".
Eat plenty of garlic and beans. Drinking beer will enhance their effect. Be sure to mingle closely when the coctail starts working.
In other words, you need to convince them that the hotel is the best choice for them.
The problem here is that since your WIFE has equal rights to occupy the marital home, she has every right to live there as she chooses. That means she is allowed to move about freely, and she is allowed to have whatever visitors or guests there that she chooses. Her in-laws are NOT squatters, they are her invited guests. As long as a legal occupant of the property says it's OK for the person to be there, then the guests are not and never will be trespassing. PERIOD.These people like to push me around. Its 3 vs 1 as soon as i walk through the door. I forgot to mention that my mother is on the deed of my home. She agrees its not a good idea for them to stayover either because they like cause drama. They also bring their german shepherd over and i am severely allergic to it. The police said that i can have them removed if less than 30 days or then they can claim squatters rights. Like i said, they are welcome to visit my child for Easter but i wont let them occupy my house like they have previously. I should have the right to privacy inside my own home. No?
But you ARE married, and this is the marital home. Therefore, that is a moot point and a discussion for another time and situation, and has no place even being interjected into THIS discussion.Ok, lets change the status for a minute. What if the ex and i were not legally married? Is this the same scenario?
Passing gas is now a factor for custody? It figures! This would probably work, but would also probably make its way into custody court.
Do you have any friends or relatives who would also enjoy spending Easter week at your house?
God forbid that a child hears a fart!In my personal opinion, the beans/beer thing is extremely petty and childish.
It will say more - in court - about the OP than his STBX.
Remember, the CHILDREN are still present. Or is it okay with you, Bali, for the children to be caught up in this mess even further?
God forbid that a child hears a fart!
What about the mangy mut the inlaws are bringing around the CHILDREN? I'm sure the court will blame HIM when the flea bag passes fleas to the CHILDREN!
Google Putative Spouse. YOu file taxes as married? Did you hold yourself out as married? You are married. End of story. Its not as easy to explain. We had a wedding ceremony but we did not apply for a marriage license. So in the eyes of ny family court we are married but not legally married. I hope explains the situation a bit more
Haha, you're right on passing gas. Not a factor. However, the other advice indicates a severe neglect of personal hygiene which is often a sign of depression or other mental instability, and could be considered a factor.Passing gas is now a factor for custody? It figures!
No, I must admit that I don't. And if I did, road killed skunks would fend them off. If anyone wants to spend time with me on Easter, text me and I might answer.
