minor with marijuana posession

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon in 2006

i had my ex arrested and charged for Telephonic Harassment (Class B Misdemeanor). when he was a minor he was caught with marijuana. Will the judge be able to see this concealed record? Should I tell the prosecutor? and will it affect his trial?
