Yes, he's a bear. 280 to my 125. And the ribs, I was pushed backwards and fell on a chair. The procedure per doctors orders, is a monthly body to a chiropractor to work them back into place.
I know some 125 pound females who can kick the ass of a 280 pound male. You are giving excuses. You really need to grow up and act like an adult. Which means filing for divorce and appropriate orders. Or you can continue whining about fairness and what not.

What evidence do you have that the injuries were caused by your husband? It is marital debt. When YOU ask for divorce, ask for a restraining order so that he cannot drop you from insurance.
The only evidence I have is my 20 year old son was there. So I guess it's a he said she said unfortunately.

I'm sorry I came across as whining, that was not my intent. I was just on here, asking questions and getting legal advice. Nothing more. And more power to those women. I would rather avoid physical confrontation when possible. I'm trying to tread lightly but b prepared for the impending divorce. Thank u for the tongue lashing. I feel much better now ;-)

O/T What is it with adults who feel the need to use text speak, especially when asking serious questions to get serious help? Is it THAT hard to type out you instead of u? Or are rather than r? And we wonder why kids are illiterate...

Probably not harder just quicker. They actually have eliminated teaching cursive writing in the majority of elementary schools in this area due to the computer era. My 20 yr. old son along with all of his graduating class have no clue how to write in cursive and can barely read it. But that is society.

Aaaannnddd.... Your point is? Does he also write papers with u, ur, b4, and so on? There are times when one should communicate like an adult. Like... when dealing with legalities.

No point. Just conversation. And, no he doesn't. Thank YOU for asking. There are lots of things many people SHOULD be doing. But they don't. Thank you for the lesson. I'm sure your just trying to help out less intelligent people like myself. That's why I'm on here. Have a nice evening.

No, that is NOT society. That is just your area's crummy schools. Aspire to something more.

Oh my. From legal advice to correcting my spelling to my area's crummy schools. Ok, who's next? Awesome.
April 4,2013. Washington Post. "Most schools are not teaching cursive anymore." It's not just MY area's crummy schools. Thank you for your opinion anyway.

On the grounds that we've already gone way off track...

Steelers still rock.

Brownies still suck.

Peyton is still verrah sad.

Sherman is still making money offa his fauxpology.

Peaches Geldof is dead (aneurysm coming from British press, usual "drug overdose" from US press).

Dalai Lama still going strong (and by jove we need him).

I'm having a discreet conversation elsewhere with a Cowboy's fan (us Steelers fans are nawt allowed to talk to Cowboys fans).

The Polamalu School Of Deeper Learning is still awesome.

So...I think that's it?

Coffee anyone?

Tea?

OH! Jack Bauer is coming back so all will be right with the world again.

Wait... What difference to a 20yo's education in elementary school does what happened in 2013 make? A current 20yo (of which I have one) would have been learning cursive 10+ years ago. NOT last year (one would hope, anyway).

However, the point to my statement is this... You are an adult, asking other adults for legal help. Act like one and make the effort to communicate like an adult, rather than a tween texting her little girlfriends. Seriously.

I can't stomach watching that knucklehead with his melodramatic fake heavy breathing. But he's good for a laugh.
