How long ago did you move out of Dad's county? You said you were employed "where he lived" when you spent the night so he could work on your car...

I think you can probably expect your employment at a (now-defunct) "Gentlemen's Club" to give some credibility to his claims that you're a prostitute. True or not, once something like that's said out loud, you're going to have to do your best to prove it's a crazy allegation.

i moved out of the county in february...and you hit the nail on the head with the above statement. which sucks...i'm a waitress, nothing else...but everyone automatically assumes the place goes hand-in-hand with the act...what gets mne, is i started working there while we were still together! NOW he is using my employment against me...it was ok while we were still in an active relationship, living together as a "family". but NOW I'm some kind of sex crazed person, lol...and NO that's not why we split up.

Please do keep us updated on your situation after you speak with your attorney. I hope there is something they can do to get your child back soon..

wasn't sure if I needed to start a new thread, so I didn't

BUT...I've just learned that out of the 4 weeks since my ex was awarded his ex parte/temp emerg custody, he has been gone 3 of those weeks, and is in fact STILL gone. During this time, our son has been left at home with an Aunt. I'm curious, would this not go against him?

I've recently learned, his ex-wife has petitioned her state, and her lawyer was able to supoena his offshore schedule, and his summer visitation has now been revoked, as she learned he is only home about 5-12 days of that 6 weeks their daughter is with my ex. Her state is stating that while father should schedule babysitting(of course), if he is not there to care for the child he wanted OOS visitation with, then he doesn't "qualify" for it.

I am having to go in this as self-rep'd, and I've gogoled and googled whether or not I can supoena his offshore schedule. All the answers I've found, are if a LAWYER can do it, not an individual. Also, would our mutual restraining order prevent me from doing this, as I'd have to petition his employer for those records?

i am this child's father!!!

See what i am saying? Her bad will outweigh mine. It doesn't matter what i'm doing, the judge is going to remember what my affidavit said!!!

How not? In this thread, she laid out everything that was going on. I WON MY CASE. I got to keep our son! So, wtf would make them give them back to her NOW???
Oh I'm sure you can figure that one out all by your little self.

Tick, tock... tick tock! Be quick, time is passing you by!

So if this *PROSTITUTE* calls CPS, *I* need to be worried?? Wouldn't they just laugh at her? If the judge didn't believe her, due to the "prostitution ads" I had with me, why would CPS? I still have the printed ads from 3 years ago. I'm sure they'd be excited to see them! The kids would end up in FC before they're sent to her!

Also, doesn't CPS have to let me know they're coming? I'm sure I can have my house rearranged to disprove my ex's "theory", and she'd look like an idiot when they come. Besides, the children aren't being abused. They're VERY WELL cared for, thanks to my income. If they move back with her, her and her husband don't even make HALF what I do, if her financial affidavit is correct(I assume it is, considering she stupidly included both of their info, since she was asked for "household" income).

LOL oh dear. No, CPS doesn't have to make an appointment with you.

Now, when the children are taken and you end up getting supervised visitation, that's when you'll learn how things actually work.

(You really don't think that custody will depend on who has the most money.... right?)

Sometimes, it does. After all, he had the money for an attorney. The money for the DNA test. The money to KEEP his attorney so Mom couldn't fight back. The money to beat Mom down so that she couldn't bring up his incestuous relationship in court. The money to keep all of his dirty laundry well-hidden, and the money to just flat make up extra for Mom.

But, the thing about that particular tactic is, it never works long term.

The truth will always out. And kids get more than we give them credit for. Hoping TXJerk's crows come home to roost soon.
