I was on freeway middle lane I stopped behind a truck guy behind me. Pretty simple whose at fault we pull over to side filed a police report. Next day I got off work saw that there was damage to my front end. I immediately call my insurance and told them there was front damage. I did not notice because the guy in front of me didn't pull over so I assume I didn't hit him.

But on the police report only stated rear end damage. I took to auto shop the guy behind me insurance said they only claim for bumper damage as for report so I would need to talk to the adjuster to have front end added on. Tried calling guy no answer figured just go through my insurance and they will bill them for everything.

Called both insurance again today they said they only paying for bumper damage as said in police report. The car is currently being fixed. What do I do?

Well, you must have hit something to cause damage to your front bumper so it should by covered by your own collision coverage if the other driver's company won't pay it.

However, your insurance company may consider it a separate claim with a separate deductible so you might want to think twice about claiming the front bumper on your own policy. Without proof (which you apparently don't have) that it was the same accident, your front end damage will be ruled an at-fault accident and your policy surcharged for it. Believe me, you don't want that.

So, as justalayman comments, resign yourself to paying for the front damage out of pocket.

The insurance cannot say it was from the same incident. They have no way of knowing or
Determining it was from the same incident. If they are refusing to pay for the repair, it strongly suggests they don't believe it was from the same incident. For all anybody knows you hit somebody after the accident or somebody backed into your car. That is one reason you have to make, at least, a cursory look at your entire car.

If you didn't know your car struck the car in front of you then you need to stay awake while you're driving.

Was too worried about getting over 2 lanes off freeway
Ok, so after you got off the active traffic lanes and while the cop was there you didn't look at
the front of your car why?

If the driver in front of you didn't stop, as you believe because they didn't get hit by you, and you didn't think you hit them, I suggest the damage to the front of your vehicle isn't from that accident.
