All of our bills are behind our rent is way behind. And no i dont receive child support from him because when i was with him he would hit me and call me everything but a human. I had my oldest child at a really young age. So i quit school to take care of him because i did not want him to go to the state because i know what its like growning up in the states care. What about housing? Heat? Electric? internet? Do you receive CS from your oldests father? If now...Why?
Thank you very much i have tried to call attorneys and they never call me back.Bre,
I asked one of the site vetted attorneys to take a look at your thread. Her name is OhioGAL and she is an attorney/ GAL.
Is he LEGALLY the father? Did he sign an AOP is the father listed on the BC? Did you ever get your GED?All of our bills are behind our rent is way behind. You're very welcome. Please keep in mind that OhioGAL can be VERY blunt in her postings...But she is damn good at what she does. And by volunteering here shows that she is kind and generous. Just remember that and keep your eye on the prize...Information.Thank you very much i have tried to call attorneys and they never call me back.
He shouldn't have had two children with you if he can't support the other children he has. You chose to not work. You two are suffering because of choices YOU made. You would NOT be able to lower support to his first two children by asking he pay child support for the two you decided to have with him. Glad you are selfish.I live in the state of Tennessee. Im a mother of 3 kids and 2 of my 3 kids belong to my boyfriend. My boyfriend is paying child support for two other children a total of 316 a week. He cant even support the two children we have together or even pay the bills. I would work but we cant even pay for child care and we have a 2 week old that cant go to day care yet. I understand he needs to support his other two kids but when mine two children are suffering i have to do something before we lose everything. Can i take him for child support and it lower the amount he pays already or how would it the child support split it so he could pay both
My oldest sons father is on the bc but my boyfriend is not on our younger kids bc. I have been wanting to go back to school but i have never had a way to. I know how important it is to break the cycle thats why i dropped out of school because of what my real mother did when my brothers and sister and i had to go through and everything. Im always telling my son who just turned 9 how important school is and how he should go to college and have a better life. I want a better life for my boys.Is he LEGALLY the father? Go and file for support. Today!! You can not afford to go on as you are. Also sign up for child care assistance so that you can finish school. You will never get out of the cycle of poverty without an education. Do this for your children. Statistically children of high school drop outs that grow up in poverty will likely follow in their parents foot-steps...Do you want that for your kids? Don't you want better for them?
Apparently he is supporting the children (including the one not his) and YOU because he is the only one working. Seriously, you sound selfish and petty and bitter. Maybe dad should have filed for custody when the children were always left in his care. He didn't. Therefore he screwed up.Yes i read your last post and i also replied on it. And like i said before i have no problem with him supporting his other kids and no he is not supporting our two children because he dont have the money and the whole me getting a job bet i have been looking for one from the day i got out of the hospital from having our 2 week old

Then you are irresponsible for not having a child support order for the oldest child. And yet wanting to deprive the older children of your love. You can't justify that. how are you going to pay an attorney? Oh yeah, you can't. And since you and your boyfriend are living in the same house, most states will NOT do a child support order. Why? Because he is supporting his children with you. The fact you are poor doesn't mean much. Have you looked in to Title XX?All of our bills are behind our rent is way behind. So why didn't he sign the AOP? Education is so important that you dropped out of school? You need your GED. You need to start taking control of your life rather than relying on everyone else. You need to sign up for classes to get your GED, sign up for assistance (Title XX, food stamps, utility assistance (HEAP, PIPP) and quit trying to deprive your boyfriend's actual children. Because he is not considered legally the father of your younger kids -- why? Because you two didn't sign an AOP for them to put him on the birth certificate AND there is no paternity finding. Once you take the first steps, then you sign up for further education be it at an actual accredited college or trade school and not someplace like ITT.Get your education and work through it.My oldest sons father is on the bc but my boyfriend is not on our younger kids bc. I have read...Please keep reading OG...
There are services that will assist you...Child care assistance and programs that will help you with GED/Job placement. It is in the states best interest to help you get a job and provide for your kids. Have you tried going to TANF (welfare)? By dropping out you created this problem. No education = poor/no choices. My oldest sons father is on the bc but my boyfriend is not on our younger kids bc. I have been wanting to go back to school but i have never had a way to. Im not trying to come across selfish. I have been looking for work from the day i got out of the hospital from having my two week old son.He shouldn't have had two children with you if he can't support the other children he has. You are though. HE had these two children PRIOR to the two you had with him. And you haven't requested support from the father of your eldest and yet complain that you can't support the children and his prior two should receive less.Im not trying to come across selfish.
