I have no idea what the last sentence even means. Please clarify.

The husband is the LEGAL father of your two children. When you start a new relationship when you did not finish the first ...it ends up a big mess.
I made alot of bad choices in my life like not finishing school, getting married to someone i hardly knew and that want give me a divorce.

No thing has been filed i didnt even know you had to file a complaint. I have been trying to get him to sign uncontested divorce papers because we have nothing to fight over and i dont want anything from him.
It doesn't matter if he signs anything, it still has to go through the courts AND you have to put the children you gave birth to IN the divorce complaint and state that husband's paternity needs disestablished. Unless you want him to remain the legal father. Good grief. You are in over your head. Completely, totally over your head.

Oh, I bet he'll be tripping over himself to get it taken care of when you file against him for support of the children who are LEGALLY his. And this explains why your b/f hasn't been interested in stepping up to the plate, legally - I bet he knows he's not responsible - your husband is.

Are you anywhere near a city with a law school? Many run help clinics for those with financial issues. You need to untangle this mess.
I live in a city but i dont know i there is a law school. I been trying to.

You are beyond help until YOU decide to help yourself. you want everything handed to you. Have you gone to the website I gave you yet? Have you started educating yourself? You are an adult. Grow up and take responsibility. Have you gone to the website yet?
