I have given 5 dirty drug test and am about to be dropped from my rehab classes I am on orcs probation what are my consiquences

Your attorney would be the best person to ask about this. To be honest...this is California. I'd be surprised if you stay any longer than it takes to book you.

You were charged with something otherwise you wouldn't be on probation.

How much jail time you could possibly be looking at is based on what you were charged and convicted of.
