I think there is an important difference ...to tell about dads problems may be a violation of the order...but to read a book that happens to parallel many of dads problems is quite a bit different?

A debate about consent to record is quickly a mud fight sure not to win you credibility and clean hands awards?

Contempt proceedings require a high burden of proof, which is why they seldom work. Without recording, he has no proof. It's relevant. And shouldn't take any debating as long as the judge has an adequate understanding of two-party consent law.

I'm a strong woman and a good mother. And I don't frequent boards to kick people when they're down. I got very little advice on here, and the only attorney who chimed in was wholly unfamiliar with CA law. Good grief, if this is how you treat people who've committed such a minor infraction as I did, I can only imagine how you are to people who've made much bigger mistakes. You are sad people.
