Why? Are you being told that it's a right now offer and won't last? That's a sure sign of a scam.

If you don't know what you are getting into, either don't do it or hire a lawyer to explain it to you.

No it’s not a right now offer that won’t last. I’m just anxious to see what a lawyer would have to say about some of the terminology. I’m in a hurry cause of my own interest in the situation, not anything to do with the other end. Everything with the other party seems to be legitimate at this point, just need a second opinion and some advice, that’s all.
