If my children were at risk of being taken away based on results of a drug test, I would be concerned - and I do not take or use any drugs.
Apparently, the kids have already been "taken away" to a certain extent.

OP you can go get your children. DFAC needs a court order to prohibit you from doing that. They could file for a court order alleging safety issues. And you also should NOT take a drug test.
