Is it illegal to start an Adult website in Utah with 'Third Party Content', no LIVE shows, georestricted to out of state?
Utah pornography law says 'no distribution within the state' and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 protects ISP's and websites with third party content.

You're right. And I hope the OP really doesn't think geo-restriction is going to help much either. It's done by IP address and isn't close to correct many times even at the state level. My IP looked for years, and still might, that I was in TX.

He should also know that the Communications Decency Act's section 230 that he linked to in his first post does not prevent a lawsuit from being filed against him. It can, however, be a potential defense if he is sued.
