Having all of the info, finally, I agree that OP would be in the clear in keeping the child home (but I'd have my order handy in case the po-po come calling....).

Zig - I saw the "return", but the wording was such (having two hours before school) to have muddied it up for me...

With all the drama I've had with OP, I know the police will come knocking. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't violating anything.

This doesn't mean that you would get to keep the child overnight again tonight if it is not your normal parenting time schedule. I know you didn't ask that specifically, but I just wanted to make sure it was addressed.

I don't think that is necessarily true if the OP correctly quoted the law.
