Remember those Reeses Peanut Butter Cup commercials? (Hey, you got chocolate in my peanut butter!) Probably the same thing :)
I don't know....If I were holding a bologna sandwich and tripped, sandwich somehow landing in a jar of Welsh's grape jelly...My first though would be "Where is the trash can"...not..."Humm, this looks good!"

OP, Unless the child's doctor indicates a real concern about the child's health due to his diet, don't worry. Give him a multi-vitamin. Over time, he will get the nutrients he needs. It is far worse long term to obsess about food; I still have the "Children are starving ...." that my fther used on me in childhood to have me clean my plate even if I am not hungry. Mealtime should be enjoyable. Have healthy snacks. Include him in shopping and food prep, ... He will survive - and you will as well.
