My ex- wife and I had a parenting plan set when we divorce in 2017. Upon our daughter 18th birthday her mother got legal guardianship and conservatorship over her because our daughter was deem to be emancipated due to her mental disability upon her 21st Birthday. Our daughter was diagnose with chrome disease, gran-mal seizures and others at a young age. There are two parts in a parenting plan part A custody and Part B child support. Upon our daughter graduating high school Does the whole parenting plan ends or just certain part of it?

This statement doesn't make sense. Please try to explain it better.

That would depend on what is contained in the parenting plan. None of us have read the parenting plan, nor would it be appropriate for us to advise on it even if you were to share it (don't share it). You should speak to a local attorney.

"Chrome disease"? Do you mean "Crohn's disease"?
