Okay, I may get banned for this but.

OP, almost 300,000 people have died of this disease in the US alone, and over a million world wide. That's not even taking into consideration all the other effects this disease has had on the world. To even consider making "statistical noise" by fooling around in the vaccine trials, no matter how convinced you are that you got a placebo, is quite possibly the most selfish, self-centered, reprehensible thing I have ever heard in 63 years of life. To even consider potentially screwing up those trials for your own selfish gains is despicable. You're a disgrace to the human race.

There are tens of thousands of participants. My doing this will just become satistical noise.

Thank you for the concern but I am as close to 100% sure that I got the placebo as can be. People that took the vaccine I took reported massive symptoms. I experienced zero symptoms.

Thanks, I will check this out. But, I am looking for something with short hours and is only temporary. I am a student and plan to spend the majority of my break working on my senior project and applying to internships.
Well, please don't apply for any internships I have anything to do with! You are not trustworthy.

What is the name of your state? California

I have no idea what is the correct section for my question. Nothing seemed to fit. If someone that has the power to do so could move this thread if necessary that would be appreciated.

I am currently in a covid vaccine trial. I want to participate in a second covid vaccine trial because I need the money. But, in order to do the second vaccine trial when they ask "Are you participating in any other vaccine trials?" I need to lie and so "no".

Can this get me in trouble?
If the amount of money is enough to be worth lying, then the probability is high that you are also required to sign something in order to participate. (Like I'm guessing you got more than $11 in postage stamps.)

What are the terms of the paper you signed?

Alright, so you guys have convinced me that it is not worth it and I won't go through with this. Or rather I will inform the second vaccine trial study. The first vaccine trial technically told me that if I suspect that I was in the control group and a vaccine becomes available down the road I am allowed to take that new vaccine. Thus, I will inform the second trial study.

Wise decision.
