Does your lease address any of this - or do you even have a lease?I get what you are saying. Please point me to the law or something very similar that describes the part about a landlord needing to do inspections on the interior of rental properties, frequency etc. TIA

The city/county where you live may require regular fire inspections and if your landlord has a mortgage on the property, the lender will certainly require regular inspections.
