I asked the therapist and he gave me his opinion. He did not write a formal report to the court or vouched for a parent like the other one did.
He shouldn't have done that. The therapist has NO RIGHT to give an opinion and he is also unethical. You don't care because it went your way and now you want to make excuses. That makes you a hypocrite.

It's too bad that you've created (at least) 4 threads on the same general topic in the last two months. It makes things hard to keep track of. Your posting history may provide insight.

Accepted.

I also got my legal counsel to confirm the schedule per guidelines.

Insight to what?

At the beginning of this thread, we had this discussion and the Admin approved this thread. If there are rules regarding opening new threads, please let me know and I will be cognizant in future.

The "rest" of the story, the history involved. It is much easier if everything is kept together.

ETA: And from the first page of this thread...
Having said that, though... What I do like about single threads is that it's easier to get an insight as to where/with which party the problem actually may lie. There is much to be learned from that which influences my response...

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. That is a good rule in life as well as on this forum. All issues with custody should be kept in the same thread. Seriously. And thank you for accepting the fact that you were being a hypocrite allowing a therapist to recommend who sided with you but not liking the one who sided against you.

I am not sure where this is going. If there are certain forum rules, it is better to publish them to avoid confusion. I feel this is getting personal and will stop here. Thanks to all who responded.

Nothing is getting personal. Both you & Zig must have missed the discussion on the topic of keeping things together early on in the thread. You asked a question wrt Zig's comment, and I replied. Big whoop.
