Should I take apartment landlord to court for not enforcing their no-smoking addendum of their lease?

Yes what you say sounds very familiar and to the language of their addendum. At first they were very responsive to my reports of smoke on the property. Now, like you say, could be anything. They could have given up, could be actually be investigating the issue and staying quiet. I just don't know. The smoke is affecting existing health issue though, so for now, will stay here less at night's but have to continue to work here during days unfortunately.
In the long term, you might consider renting a house rather than an apartment, that way, you cannot be subjected to other parties smoking cigs or weed.

Thank you. Renting a house I'm sure I'll be looking into. I'm in a position I can buy a house too these days, a much different story than almost 5 years ago. My roommate and best friend, got some stuff to work through with that. He may not want that which is fine based on his life conditions.

I don't believe that the OP has any standing regarding another tenant's lease.
Would your response differ should the OP claim standing as an incidental third-party beneficiary * to the Addendum with the attendant ability to seek equitable means of forcing compliance?
