OK you got me on that. Now I’m working on
moving money back into the stock market. I’ve already lost out on substantial gains since the election. That is not investment advice.

I doubt President Elect Trump would or could change that by himself. However, if it needs changing then it should be changed.
Trump currently would be unable to change the Constitution on his own, although Lindsey Graham apparently thinks (or at least said on a news program recently) that Trump can just issue an executive order to accomplish all of his deportation goals, including deporting legal citizens of the U.S.

Despite Graham’s contention, here is the real way the Constitution can be amended:

https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artV-1/ALDE_00000507/

The Constitution’s strength is largely dependent on those who are sworn to uphold it, however. There is no reason to believe that a dictator would necessarily care what the Constitution says.

Well, thank goodness we don’t have any dictators. I heard about dictators during the recent campaign for president but that hysterical lie was debunked after the democratic election.

It was Trump who said he wanted to be a dictator but only for a day. These were his words.
So what? Should he be spanked for saying something he didn’t mean literally? Should Biden be arrested and charged for threatening to “smack people in the ass”? Lighten up, there will be more elections in the future that you can maybe win.

"Smack people in the ass."
vs.
"I'll be a dictator."

These are definitely equally worrisome.
