Yes its registered company but by these fly by night virtual offices. He does not have some fortune 500 lawfirm doing his filing. They are basically registered by the least expensive way possible. Like using the walmart accounting service to file taxes.- Hulu

The judgement is against the Individual as well as the company. I think the individual is a 100% owner in the company.
