     Right. It's about not having shipped the item at all. However, in my case, the company did actually ship and deliver the product and all within the course of 30 days. I appreciate the help, though, quincy. Thanks to you as well, Zigner, for the link.

     Which is exactly what happened. Now if you're able to, would you please provide anything you can to substantiate the claim that it is theft? Not sure. It was within a month, I believe. Sorry, but I'm not following. What does that have to do with him keeping the package?

     What I'm trying to get across to you guys is this: Is it illegal? Yes? Okay. Why? Where's the evidence to substantiate the claim that its' illegal? That it's theft? It's all hearsay to me at this point. If it's not illegal, then just say so.

     Don't get too emotional. It's a simple question. If Zigner is right, you're wrong. If it is theft, there's laws against that. If it's not, then just share your views on that and move it along.

I'm sure many of us assume the same thing, but where does one go to 1) find the law that substantiates such a claim and 2) where exactly is the law forbidding one from acting in such a way (i.e. by keeping the package in this specific situation)?       I will, for sure. Thank you for the luck. Yea', stock photo, as Zigner mentioned. But yes, you're right. Set it on top and monitor the temperature at the bottom. So up top mine is set to 88 (i.e. the very last notch - did that to illustrate to the guy how it's not working) and it still won't...

      Am I misunderstanding what that says or does it mean that you have to average out the temperature throughout the entire apartment (i.e. all of the rooms - bedroom, washroom, etc)? So if it's 4 degrees above in most of the rooms and 5 or 6 degrees below what it should be in one of the bedrooms...

      Well, he told me to contact him tomorrow, so we'll see if that truly is the problem or not. As for getting a heater? Thanks for reminding me. It's been on my to-do list since this first happened and I keep forgetting to jump on Amazon to buy one. I'll head there right now.
