     You mid understood me I said my tax money when I buy stuff or pay taxes etc is helping fund the prosecution against me so why can’t it help fund my defense is what I was saying

     I didn’t post bond either they sent me a summons when they charged me and I have been going to court since that was in October first court date was in November and it’s usually every 2 weeks and is almost 500 miles round trip

     Simple as that it is not our system is not supposed to be abused in the way that it has been for years I don’t understand how u can just say simple as that let me give u a little history I was homeless for approx 15 years a friend of mine inherited a large sum of money and bought me this house...

     A possession case I had another person in my car who has stated it was all hers also I was taken in and strip searched and they found nothing on me but I guess since it was my car they charged me also

     Ok so I have been unable to get a loan due to my credit score and my lack of income and when I went to court the last time the judge told me if I didn’t have an attorney next time he was going to use my lack of as my waiver of my right to an attorney and proceed with my case can he do that?       I don’t see how they can deny me a public defender because I own my home my home is assessed at 11,000.00 and that’s what their reasoning is for denial

      What is the name of your state? Missouri Can a judge tell me I need to take out a loan or sell my house to hire an attorney? Isn’t that unethical or giving legal advice from the bench?

      My problem with all of this is I have a co-defendant who has already been appointed a public defender so due to conflict of interest they will have to hire me an attorney, I live in K.C. but this case is out of a much smaller town in Phelps Co and I have a record granted its been 18 years since...

      What is the name of your state? Missouri I need to know if it is against my due process to be arraigned without my consent the Judge just arraigned me when I was trying to get an appeal on the denial from the public defenders office?
