I'm going to guess no. It is not against your due process. But I"ll tag some of the attorneys that volunteer for their learned opinion. What is the name of your state? Missouri
I need to know if it is against my due process to be arraigned without my consent the Judge just arraigned me when I was trying to get an appeal on the denial from the public defenders office?
I know....but I had already tagged the others before I remembered. It seemed rude to take away their invitation.Only Tiger D is in Missouri.

Why the denial from the public defenders office? Do you not meet the eligibility requirements?thank u I go back to court in the morning in front of a new judge who is supposed to help me with the appeal of denial from the public defenders office.
You know me...I'm always so very civil!Yes. We want to avoid rudeness.
They said I was over the amount by $600 but I have since lost my job.Why the denial from the public defenders office? Do you not meet the eligibility requirements?
No I did.Janamb816, did the judge enter a not guilty plea on your behalf?
That was a smart move on your part. It is almost always advised to plead not guilty until you have the chance to speak to an attorney. No I did.
You are not in an enviable position then. If you have issues with the judge, contact the media and the ACLU.https://www.kansascity.com/news/local/crime/article237037159.html
This is about the Judge I go in front of in the morning....
