I received a traffic infraction today by a single officer. The officer told me that an aircraft clocked me in at 121 in a 70 on my motorcycle. On the ticket there's only one officer's name and it doesnt state how it got my speed. Do I have any action at beating this? I also received a no motorcycle endorsement which is true. Please respond soon

You need to request discovery of the officer's sworn statement and post that with a copy of the ticket (with the personal information removed) so we can see it. Your case will be held based on the officers' sworn statements in most cases. This will need to include the one in the aircraft.

Is the ticket supposed to state how or what technology they used to get my speed? And doesnt there need to be more than one officer in the aircraft? One flying and one radaring?

There's no reason a single pilot couldn't do both under normal circumstances.

ETA: Contrary to what some may believe, an airplane doesn't just fall out of the sky if you take your hands off the controls. A properly configured airplane will fly straight and level with no input from the pilot.

I've never heard of radar SMP being used with police aircraft it is usually done via timing from point to point. And one person would have no problem flying and doing the measurement.

Also isnt it suppose to state how they got my speed or dont they have to show me the radar?

They don't have to show you the radar. This is especially true when there was no radar used and the device is in an aircraft.

Frankly OP should have his/her license suspended. 121 in a 70 placed everyone driving on the road with him/her at risk.

You send the request to the court you'll appear in. Here's an example ( you'll have to change the details and look up the addresses involved)

As pointed out, the air enforcement is usually done by VASCAR or similar device which is just a glorified stopwatch which measures your space between two points and reads out a speed (the points are often painted marks on the road). One pilot/officer can do it. Whoever made the observiation will have to issue a sworn statement as well as the officer making the stop.
