This isn't about whether vaccines are good or bad or indifferent, this is about whether or not OP will be found in contempt of his divorce decree.

OP will be found in contempt because the decree says nothing whatsoever about one parent having to consult with the other parent about upcoming medical procedures. All the decree says that one or both parents will do whatever health care professionals recommend. Period.

(And how OP or anyone else can conclude that CDC members aren't health care professionals, I don't know. This reasoning is beyond me. Finally, there is no way that OP works for a pharmaceutical company and conducts clinical trials, if that were the case he would never have made that remark connecting vaccines to autism. OP is a liar. He's not trying to protect his "precious" children, he's just trying to hassle his ex-wife. OP, she divorced you. It's over. Get over it.)
You onbviously think that I am still in love with her.. LOL.. that is the funniest thing that I have heard. She is still in love with me. I have moved on MANY years ago. why is everyone protecting the woman. I am the one that is being harrassed. My children are "precious" to me, so do not need to make fun of it. whether you ebleive me or not about workign for a pharm company is of no concern to me. This is NOT the topic AT ALL.

Many strains of HPV are completely harmless, which is why it's so widespread. But the strains that the vaccine is designed to prevent are the ones most likely to cause cancer. I don't see the logic in claiming that because it doesn't protect against 100% of possible cases, that NO protection is better than SOME protection. If everyone gets this vaccine before the initiation of sexual activity, cervical cancer could be virtually wiped out in a generation. How could that be a bad thing?

I love how people talk nasty when they are not infront of people. Feel sorry for you.

And yes they all janitors, so I will call facilities and see if they have any openings for you

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, do you?

"They all janitors".

Tell me, what's your position and with which pharm. co? I mean seriously. Come on now.

Which means they need to get it NOW because they are already significantly behind schedule.
By the way.. if a divorce decree states Mother and Father, then BOTH have to be in agreement with all health care decisions, so therefore she is in contempt for not consulting me.

a HCO is not a HCP and furthermore, the CDC recommends 11-12, they are beyond those years (16)
They recommend those ages because, at least in the US, an 11 or 12 year-old is less likely to be sexually active than a 16 year-old. A teen at any age can still be be vaccinated (even if they are having sex), but it is possible that they may already have been exposed at that point. Prevention means getting them vaccinated early.

I once read a statistic that over 90% of adult women have HPV.

My teen son has been vaccinated, even though HPV doesn't affect boys the same way it affects girls. At some point, he might have a wife and maybe even daughters. If we can eliminate or significantly reduce cervical cancer with a shot, we have done our part.

Wow.. and you can't fill in the word that I missed? I will help you.. the missing word is ... (drum roll) NEED .. They all need janitors.
Don't have time to waste on people like you.

OHWarrior - I reported your post.

You are giving this OP dangerous advice.
Doctors recommend brushing your teeth. Failure of mom to enforce this could, by the same logic being used here, be considered contempt of the court order. I will stand by my post. Bacteria can get into the gums and potentially cause a brain infection. This will happen at a rate much faster than the future potential of OP's daughters potentially getting cancer from one of the few strains of HPV these injections might prevent. Also noteworthy is if they already have these strains from contact, getting the shots provides no usefulness at all.

You seem to have issues when I do not agree with your emotional arguments. I find that interesting since I usually support your logical ones.
