I may be justalayman, but I'm right. Your recollection must be a bit foggy BL.

Prove otherwise if I'm not.
I'm gonna put justalayman on ignore .

Obviously , you are a contractor . I understand your point of view on THAT subject , but , it's NOT LL tenant LAW .

The LL CAN- NOT prevent the tenant from being at any time on their rental property .

And who said tenant may interfere with repairs ? It's obvious the tenant does want the issue rectified .

I never said the LL CAN prevent the tenant from being there. I said they have no business in the business of the house.(as in the building)

The OP is the one who felt the tenant would be an unwelcome intrusion. So if he stays out of the way, he'll get things fixed for him.

Is there some reason you are being as jerk? Just because you were wrong doesn't make you a bad guy. The fact you are now being an jerk makes you a bad guy.

All I endevoured to do was supply the OP with as corrrect as possible info that I could give. Nothing more, nothing less. I gave the OP pertinent and correct LEGAL information. It has nothing to do with what I do for a living.
