A bachelor party out of tradition should simply be an informal evening of drunken debauchery, and you should know if it was a good party if you can read about it in the local paper the next day;)

Is this somehow formalized or can it be formalized somehow, like, as part of a wedding or engagement?
What a bizarre question to post on a legal forum.
Are you planning on having hookers for the entertainment? That would be a question to ask if you want to know if hiring hookers in this situation would be an illegal act.
