I am unaware of a single incident of a court ever ordering an ebay motors seller to complete the sale of a vehicle to the winning bidder. In the stories that have made the rounds online, the seller (usually a dealership) either caves into public pressure to honor the winning bid or works out some other agreement with the wining bidder.

I would give up on the idea of forcing the seller to sell you the bike right now. Put it out of your mind completely as it's not an option.

The OP has problems that go way beyond the sale of a motorcycle on ebay.
