I give up! Say what you will, I found out exactly three days ago about this situation and now all of a sudden I'm aiding and abetting and contibuting to the delinquency of minors! I thought we were innocent until proven quilty?
I will do what I need to do to stop this situation from occurring in the future, but I can see now writting in to this site was definitely not a good idea. My instincts told what was right from the start and I would have come to the same conclusion without getting browbeat by monsters like you.
What can you do since you only learned 3 days ago
1. Put your son on restriction
2. Call girl's parents and set up a meeting for later today with all parents and the two children.
3. Let you son tell her parents what they have been up to, things will unfold from there.
You are aiding and abetting as long as you do nothing and or don't tell her parents.

Does no one read? I said in my last thread that I would "DO WHAT I NEED TO DO SO THAT THIS SITUATION DOES NOT CONTINUE!" My question is, why does everyone insist that MY SON is the one responsible. There is a Girl in the picture here. They are both fourteen. I went through his room and found a box of notes from her, as it happens, she was pressuring HIM! As far as I'm concerned they are both equally responsible. Either way the situation is now being taking care of and these two will not be ALONE WITHOUT SUPERVISION.

Because YOU can do little about the girl. You could try filing for a restraining order, or potentially statutory rape. I suspect you wouldn't get far with that, tho.

The reason people are coming down on YOU is because you didn't start off with "what can I do to keep these kids apart" but "will I get in trouble if I take the girl to PP so she can be put on the pill." It was much more of a "well, they're gonna have sex anyway...." attitude.

Just for the record, I am a "HER". No, I have never been in the system, nor have I ever taken someone elses 14 yr. old child to get on the pill because I was allowing my 14 yr. old kid to boink her. You lady have a warped sense of reality.

You and your son need a restrainging order slapped on you, because you just don't get it.
You obviously need to learn how to read. I never took her to get the pill!

In some (maybe most) states, the male is determined to be the one responsible in cases of stat. rape if both are underage. The language often depends on the issue of penetration ... since a female is not able to commit the act of penetration of the male (without the aid of another device or digit - and these can be different offenses), the male will often be the one charged.
