Bleh. Stupidhead is at it again...

Maybe stupidhead could pay for my elopement to Cabo...

ANYWAY... the investigator just left. And while he can't reveal who reported me, he DID say that he gets the feeling this is about custody and not the safety of the kids.

What was reported:

That I am an internet porn addict (same allegation as during the divorce and custody trial)
That the kids are left alone - all 3 of them - overnight while I'm with my BF
That the 7 year old cut herself in the bathtub and I made her deal with it herself
That neither child knows our address because we move so often
That they are left without even a phone while I'm gone
That my house is filthy (he's never been here)
That there is no food in the house because I'm obsessed with dieting
That the babysitter does not supervise the children while they're in her care and the 7 year old was nearly hit by a car while riding a bike

What the investigator did:

Interviewed the children separately
Interviewed me... indicated that the allegations seemed like 'so much BS' and he hoped I understood that they have to investigate every hotline call. I assured him that I completely understood and told him that he should probably brace himself for more calls over the next year.
I told him that I wasn't surprised that he'd been called, because the ex has been on a constant campaign to prove me unfit since he filed for divorce and that the allegations never change. I told him that a GAL had been involved and he asked for her contact info - when I gave him her name, he chuckled and so did the cop that was with him, and they asked if she'd found in my favor - I said yeah - and he said "Then stop worrying. She's the best there is."

The caseworker then told me that if I'm investigated more due to new calls, that I could go to the prosecutor and they'd let me listen to the hotline calls (they're all recorded) and if I recognize the voice/s I can press criminal harassment charges as well as a civil case.

The babysitter just called - the caseworker stopped by to see her after he left here, and said that he can't actually do anything because she's state certified - that the certification people will just have to decide how to handle the allegations... she's not worried as she was just re-licensed. But she IS pissed and I have to keep SMom from picking the kids up at her house anymore.

So I guess stupidhead's grave gets deeper, huh?

The babysitter called again while I was being x-rayed... she said that the caseworker came back by, and filled her in more thoroughly on what the 'caller' stated.

1) That her house is filthy and smells 'bad'
2) That it's 'dark' inside
3) That the children are largely unsupervised
4) That my son is left for hours in a playpen with no interactions with others
5) That the only reason I use this sitter is because she's 'cheap'... implying that cheap care is somehow less...

The truth...

1) Her house is lived in... she keeps 6 kids on a daily basis, and has neighbor kids in and out of the house playing with the kids she's paid to watch. It is NOT filthy. THe caseworker even said "I wish all filthy houses were this clean"

2) The ONE time that SMom has set foot inside the sitter's house (stupidhead has never been inside) it was at 645 AM and everyone was asleep. She had dropped the kids off almost 90 minutes before she was supposed to because she 'had an appointment' - she also paid the sitter $5 at the time. So yeah, it was dark inside.

3) Not true... but it's NOT a 'daycare' situation where they're inside a locked building or in a fenced play area all day... they DO have bicycles up there and they DO play with neighbors.

4) Not true... unless my kid got sunbleached hair and a tan while inside the house 10 hours a day.

5) It's true I was price shopping... she's CHEAP compared to daycare ($50/week for the infant instead of $155) but she IS licensed.

And... where the hell does Psycho get off calling DSS about MY SON??????

Oh, yeah, they're fun.

And it's not illegal to look at porn - it's unChristian... and that makes me a bad parent. Nevermind that the allegation isn't even true.

And I haven't moved 'a lot'. I moved out of the marital home in Feb 2004. I moved out of my townhouse and in with my BF/babydaddy in May of 2005. I moved back to the town I lived in in 2004 in March of this year.

My ex is a crazy person. Seriously. And his wife is even worse.

Interestingly, he did NOT report sexual abuse, which he has alleged previously.

We have an appointment to have the 7 year old evaluated in August for 'severe emotional issues' alleged by the ex. He didn't mention THAT to the caseworker either.

Since when do you have to be a frikkin Christian to be a good parent????????

BAH, I wanna ring your ex's neck...quick, someone call CPS on like uhhhhh most of the parents in the US for looking @ porn & not being Christian like

Those people are really CRAZY. And yeah, she calls DSS about YOUR son?

And OMG, someone call CPS on me...I have some dirty dishes in my sink and my son has been in his crib for a couple of hours...asleep. Oh yeah, and its pitch black in my laundry room & its dark in the hallway....geez, my poor neglected kids

Heh. You need to research some of my past posts... like around January/February of '06. Particularly the ones regarding Stupidhead and his wives depositions. Really. They're nutjobs.

What's REALLY sad is that I didn't tell my kids that I suspected it was my ex/his wife that called... and when I told them that family services was coming by to talk to them and make sure they're safe and my 10 year old said "I wish Smom would just stop it!?"

I will.....it's just unconscionable (sp?) to me that this man and his wife would behave like this. There has to be a way to punish them for their behavior so they will stop. Good grief, even the children can see through them!

The judge saw through them as well....and so did the GAL.
