That court is over 2 hours away? Are you from Ohio? Someone else posted rhat you are a gal and attorney in Ohio in my GAL post on here. Any help with that thread by chance? Do they offer something similar at wood County?
The SUPREME COURT OF OHIO has the forms they require in all counties. Yes I am from Ohio. Good grief. No one said you had to go to the Supreme Court. Print off the forms and start filling them in. Who said anything about driving to the court? Not I. I gave you the website with the forms necessary. If you are having trouble understanding that, you need counsel immediately.

Looking to file for divorce against my wife "Delaine" and just looking for some guidance on to go about it. "Delaine" and I are still living together and she doesn't know I want to file quite yet so I can't retain a lawyer as she will see the funds being used.
Additionally, if you HAVE funds to pay for an attorney, you're not going to get a free one just because you want to blindside your wife. Which is, frankly, pretty sleazy.
