This poster does not need a lawyer or even a general doctor. This person needs a psychiatrist and that was painfully obvious from the very first post. Nothing we can possibly say is likely to get through, either. Sorry if people here like to have a little fun. This is a MESSAGE BOARD. It's not that deep. Lighten up.

You are not qualified to advise psychiatric interventions for this person.

And if you look, you'll see that I DID provide legal advice on point to the poster's question. So don't give me any lip.

The OP received invalid advice in both areas.
OP received perfectly valid legal and medical advice. S/he was told that there is absolutely no lawsuit to consider, and a consult with a doctor and/or psychiatrist would be appropriate. There is no law that says this must be done compassionately.

Perhaps you ought to get your brain checked out too.
